Very joyful ! It came on a day we all needed it’ – Clock Tower Sanctuary, Brighton
Does your team need some TLC? Our creative coffee-break session helps people feel happier, connected, & engaged – no experience necessary!

Neuroscience research shows that making music reduces stress and combats overwhelm.

Our experienced facilitators at Open Strings Music come to your organisation – either online or safely-distanced. This is a coffee break session:

  • comprising 25-minutes of sound and movement
  • for teams of up to 30 people to improve wellbeing and communication

enabling colleagues to be happier and more engaged.

‘In our fast-paced charity, we get little opportunity to focus on our own ways to wellbeing. We were led through a range of brilliant activities where we used instruments, our voices, and our bodies to make beautiful music together. We all learned something new and re-connected with each other. The experience was relaxing, exciting, moving and a good giggle, all at the same time’ – Sally Polanski, Amaze Sussex
