MONDAYS

Last Monday of the month 11.15am-12.15pm:
Music in Motion at Jubilee Library, central Brighton.
Free and light-hearted dementia-friendly music sessions.

TUESDAYS

Tuesday mornings: Brighton & Hove’s very own later-starter community string band Silver Strings meets weekly at Brighthelm Centre, central Brighton.
These sessions are payable monthly in advance at £14.50 per session

First Tuesday of the month try out session (not August or December)

FRIDAYS

Weekly Fridays 11.30am-12.30pm: Our dementia-friendly music club, Music & Motion, at Brooke Mead: open to the public. Anyone living with dementia or memory challenges is
welcome, with a companion.

Upcoming Silver Strings Performances

Come along and support these wonderful local musicians who enjoy working hard and having fun exploring their stringed instruments and making music together.

5th August, 10:45 AM: relaxed performance at The Brighthelm Centre

9th August, 2-4 PM: performing at the beautiful Sussex Prairies Gardens. Make a day of it and enjoy the stunning gardens!

21st September: a special performance at Brighton’s Pavilion Gardens

All-abilities adults’ bowed strings jam
