• Tuesday 4th : Silver Strings Open Session, Brighthelm Centre (North Road), 9:30-11:30am: try a stringed instrument and play as part of our friendly group, now in its 13th year! First Tuesday of the month (booking essential)

• Monday 24th : Music and Motion, Jubilee Library 11:15am-12:15pm: fun and relaxed dementia-friendly voice- and movement-based session – last Monday of every month
• Fridays 7th , 14th , 21st , 28th : Sing and Play, Brooke Mead Extra Care Scheme (Albion Street), 11:30am-12:30pm: playful music session for older adults, including those with memory challenges

December

• Wednesday 3rd : BHMC open session, 2-3:30pm, Brighthelm: Freeform jam session, music-making in the moment. All abilities welcome, some instruments provided. Over-50s free (small donation for under-50s)
• Thursday 11th: Silver Strings performance in the Children’s Library, Jubilee Library, 11am
• Fridays 5th , 12th , 19th (not 26th ): Sing and Play, Brooke Mead Extra Care Scheme (Albion Street), 11:30am-12:30pm: playful music session for older adults, including those with memory challenges
• Tuesday 16th : Silver Strings winter performance – seasonal melodies and singalong, Brighthelm, 10:45-11:15am
• no Silver Strings Open Session or Jubilee Library this month

January

• Fridays 9th , 16th , 23rd , 30th (not 2nd ): Sing and Play, Brooke Mead Extra Care Scheme (Albion Street), 11:30am-12:30pm: playful music session for older adults, including those with memory challenges

February
